OCJ · Authoritative registry
Authoritative company records from the Companies Office of Jamaica (OCJ) are ingested on a rolling schedule, then normalized, deduplicated, and resolved into a consistent entity index.
Edge evidence layer
Director and secretary relationships are parsed from filings, labeled with an evidence tier (shared_director vs common_secretary), and stored as typed edges with confidence scores.
Web presence · Google Business
Entities with a detected website URL go through a multi-source enrichment pass: phone, email, social profiles, and business description drawn from the business's own web presence, never paywalled sources.
Graph promotion pipeline
Address canonicalization finds entities sharing a registered address, surfacing candidate connections that pass through human review before any edge is promoted to the graph.

A composite score (0–1) weighs enrichment completeness, entity age, sector, relationship density, and contact signal quality. High-scoring entities surface to the top of outreach queues automatically.

Director co-occurrence edges link entities that share leadership. Shared-secretary and service-provider edges add further evidence-tiered connections. Together, they expose holding structures, joint ventures, and related parties that standard due diligence misses.
Every edge carries an evidence type, a confidence score, and a promotion timestamp, so you know exactly how each connection was found and when it was last validated.
The graph is gated and reversible: edges are promoted in batches after human review, not automatically written to production. No edge survives without a verifiable source.
