Where does Gem Coral work?
Gem Coral is based in Tamworth, New Hampshire. We work on-site with clients across New England and remotely with organizations anywhere. Several of our products also operate in Caribbean markets.
Who owns the systems you build?
You do. Systems are designed to run on infrastructure you control, and we build with a local-first philosophy — no dependency on our continued involvement, and no lock-in engineered into the work.
What happens to our data?
Wherever practical, our systems run AI inference locally, so your data stays on your infrastructure rather than passing through third-party cloud APIs. This website itself collects no personal data at all — see our privacy policy.
Do we have to replace the tools we already use?
No. Our engineering philosophy is extension over replacement: we build around the tools and workflows that already work for you, and only replace what's actually causing the problem.
What does an engagement cost?
Products have published pricing on their product pages. Custom systems are scoped and priced in writing after a discovery call, before any commitment.
How quickly will you respond?
Within one business day, by email. Discovery calls are usually scheduled within the same week.
